Learning Lounge

This casual learning setting will be a Breakout option. The Learning Lounge sessions are set in a laid-back environment, where a facilitator will drive the discussion with a short presentation followed by peer-to-peer engagement through sharing of experiences.

LADC Talks

These 10-minute powerful talks will share the latest research, trends, and thought leadership on topics such as financial stewardship, strategic planning and technology, workforce and innovative programs and services.

Opening Session

Jack York – the founder and President of It’s Never 2 Late (IN2L) – is dedicated to empowering older adults through the use of technology. He will challenge us to Be the Difference and move from person centered care to person centered engagement.

Lunch Session

Steve Lindsey, Chief Executive Officer, Garden Spot Village sees innovation as not only an opportunity, but as a responsibility. Learn how Garden Spot Village has fostered a culture of innovation with great results and hear what they have learned in the process.

Networking

Talk, share, and and enjoy time with colleagues from the aging services and business communities. Appetizers and beverages will fuel conversation and the exchange of ideas.
