CMS is extending / reopening the comment period for the Requirements of Participation Proposed Rule. The new deadline will be October 14.

We appreciate all of the hard work and all of the comments have already been submitted! We will be continuing to work on this proposed rule and remain most interested in receiving any additional comments and responses!!
