On Friday, 4/27/18, CMS issued a proposed Medicare 2019 payment rule for SNFs and hospice. The rule includes the 2.4% SNF payment update Congress legislated under the Bipartisan Budget Act in February. Ruth Katz and Nicole Fallon developed this preliminary take on the rule.
