Join DC Villages and community partners for a special Older Americans Month celebration at Nationals Park on Thursday, May 21, from 3:00–8:00 pm (ET). This unique event brings together older adults, families, caregivers, senior living community residents, and aging services professionals for an afternoon and evening of celebration, connection, and community spirit in one of Washington, DC’s most iconic venues.

Designed as a joyful, intergenerational gathering, the event invites participants to honor the contributions of older adults, build meaningful connections, and celebrate positive aging in a fun and inclusive setting. Whether you are an older adult, a family member, a caregiver, or a professional working in the aging field, all are welcome to take part.

This event is being held as a proof of concept, with the goal of establishing an annual celebration at Nationals Park. If sufficient interest and ticket sales are achieved, the Washington Nationals will make this an official recurring event.
