Supervisory Skills Boot Camp

Please join us for our upcoming Supervisory Skills Boot Camp, a virtual leadership training designed to equip supervisors and emerging leaders with practical tools to lead effectively.
Sessions (All 12:00–3:00 PM EST):
- March 6 | Module 1: Interviewing and Selection
- March 6 | Module 2: Managing and Improving Employee Performance
- March 11 | Module 3: Coaching and Progressive Discipline
- March 20 | Module 4: Finance & Budget Basics
- March 21 | Module 5: Employment Law Basics
- March 25 | Module 6: Supervising Your Schedule — Strategies for Time Management
Open to supervisors and managers at all levels — whether new to their role or looking to strengthen existing skills — as well as provider members, non-members, sponsors, and business partners.
Cost for all six modules across four virtual sessions is $349 for Members and $549 for Non-Members.
The program is facilitated by Suzy Dyer-Gear, HR Consultant, and Lyndley Andrews, Leadership & Engagement Strategist, Maryland Healthcare Education Institute (MHEI).
