On January 12, the Department of Health published the second proposed rulemaking action to adopt new Chapters 94 (Dialysis Technicians), 95 (Medication Aides), 96 (Certified Nursing Assistants), and 97 (Patient Care Technicians), of Title 17 (Business, Occupations, and Professionals) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR). The proposed regulations can be found HERE.

All persons desiring to comment on the subject matter of this proposed rulemaking should file comments in writing not later than thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this notice in the D.C. Copies of the proposed rules may be obtained from DOH at the same address during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
